Zebra ZT620 printers support both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. Direct thermal printing uses heat-sensitive label material without requiring a ribbon, while thermal transfer printing uses a thermal transfer ribbon to produce the printed image.

Choose from 203 dpi and 300 dpi ZT620 configurations. The 203 dpi models provide fast printing for many barcode, shipping, warehouse, pallet, and large-format labeling applications, while 300 dpi configurations offer higher resolution for applications requiring smaller text, detailed graphics, or compact barcodes.

Available media-handling configurations include tear, cutter, and rewind options. The ZT620 supports media rolls up to 8 inches in outside diameter on a 3-inch core, making it well suited for higher-volume label printing applications.
