8" OD Direct Thermal Label Rolls
Shop 8" OD direct thermal labels for barcode printing, shipping, inventory, product identification, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-volume commercial labeling applications. These blank white labels feature non-top-coated direct thermal face stock designed for printing without the need for ink, toner, or a thermal transfer ribbon.
Our 8" OD direct thermal label rolls are wound on 3" ID cores and feature permanent clear adhesive with the die cut waste removed. The larger 8" outside diameter provides greater label capacity for compatible industrial direct thermal printers and high-volume labeling applications.
Choose from a variety of label sizes and configurations, including 4 x 6 1/2, 4 x 6, 4 x 4, 4 x 3, 4 x 2, and 3 x 5. Perforated and non-perforated options are available in select sizes to accommodate different printing and label-handling requirements.
Direct thermal labels use heat-sensitive material to produce the printed image and do not require a thermal transfer ribbon. Always verify your printer's supported label width, roll diameter, core size, and media requirements before ordering.
