12" OD Direct Thermal Labels
4 x 6 Direct Thermal Labels for High-Volume Printing
Shop 12" OD direct thermal labels for high-volume shipping, barcode printing, inventory, warehouse, logistics, product identification, and other commercial labeling applications. These blank white labels feature non-top-coated direct thermal face stock designed for printing without the need for ink, toner, or a thermal transfer ribbon.
Our 12" OD direct thermal label rolls are wound on 3" ID cores and feature permanent clear adhesive with the die cut waste removed. The large 12" outside diameter provides greater label capacity for compatible industrial direct thermal printers, helping reduce roll changes in high-volume printing applications.
Currently available in the popular 4 x 6 size, these labels are well suited for shipping labels, barcode labels, warehouse identification, inventory, logistics, and other business labeling applications. The current 4 x 6 configuration is non-perforated for continuous dispensing between labels.
Direct thermal labels use heat-sensitive material to create the printed image and do not require a thermal transfer ribbon. Always verify your printer's supported label width, maximum roll diameter, core size, and media requirements before ordering.
